These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the weee9 platform ("weee9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://weee9.cam and all associated content, features, games and services (collectively, the "Platform").
weee9 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in the Pakistani market. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on weee9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
weee9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a valid CNIC or passport for Pakistani users) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.
Registration of an Account constitutes your representation and warranty that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. If any eligibility criterion ceases to be satisfied during the period of Account operation, you must notify weee9 immediately and refrain from further use of the Platform.
To access wagering features on the weee9 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other information as the operator may reasonably request.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on weee9. Duplicate or multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, and weee9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You should enable two-factor authentication where available.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth, address or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending winnings and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
Access to and use of the weee9 Platform is granted subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes, in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Platform and all content made available through it — including games, odds, data feeds, software, graphics and text — is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Deposits to your weee9 Account must be made through payment methods recognised and permitted by the operator. Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major banking institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are noted as familiar local context only. Their inclusion in any reference material does not constitute confirmation that any such provider supports, endorses or facilitates transactions on behalf of weee9. Supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as specified in the Platform's payment information section, subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be processed once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests are subject to review, and the operator reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of any withdrawal. Winnings originating from Bonus credits may be subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) as a standard convenience. Any currency conversion applicable at payment processing level is governed by the terms of the relevant payment provider and the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
weee9 does not charge deposit fees as a platform policy; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.
From time to time, weee9 may offer promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback arrangements or other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with that promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

In the event of a system error or technical malfunction, weee9 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the corresponding stake amount.

Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may vary by product, market and Account status. weee9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion.
In the event that a game, odds feed or other Platform feature displays an obvious error — including manifestly incorrect odds, clearly erroneous game results or technical glitches — weee9 reserves the right to declare any affected Wager void. Winnings arising from an obvious error will not be paid and will be removed from the Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the weee9 Platform:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All intellectual property rights in and to the weee9 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, text content, graphics, trademarks, logos and game content — are and shall remain the exclusive property of weee9 and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property of weee9 except for the limited right of personal, non-commercial access as expressly permitted herein.
The weee9 name and brand mark are proprietary. Unauthorised use, reproduction or imitation of weee9 branding — including in domain names, social media profiles or promotional materials — is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, weee9 and its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. weee9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or fit for any particular purpose beyond the provision of entertainment gaming services.

weee9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, weee9 may, at its discretion, withhold any bonus-derived balances and/or winnings that arose during or as a result of the prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects the mandatory consumer protection laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident, where such laws cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
